This website is run by We Trust Modafi, an online bedding store owned and operated by an individual (sole proprietor) based at JK Iris, Vinay Nagar Road, Kashimira, Mira Road East, Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra 401107, India.

Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give accurate contact and shipping information when you order.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security or place fake orders.

Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Muslin is a natural, crinkled cotton fabric, so small variations in texture and colour are normal, and colours may look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are approximate and may vary by 1–2 inches.

Prices

• Prices for India are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices for the USA are shown in US Dollars ($). Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by US authorities, if any, are payable by the recipient.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order number and your order will move to processing. An order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we confirm it and dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of anything you've paid) if an item is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, if we can't deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

• India: Cash on Delivery or Google Pay (UPI). For Google Pay, we send a payment request to your registered mobile number after you order.
• USA: bank transfer, credit/debit card or Zelle. We email you payment details or a secure payment link after you order.
• Prepaid orders are dispatched once payment is received. If payment isn't completed within 3 days, we may cancel the order.
• For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may mean COD is not offered on future orders.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The We Trust Modafi name, logo, website design, text and images belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or government action. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other consumer laws that apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
