Shipping Policy

Shipping within India

• Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed.
• Delivery: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Charges: free on orders over ₹1,499; otherwise a flat ₹99.
• Cash on Delivery: available at most serviceable PIN codes. We may call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Shipping to the USA

• Dispatch: within 1–3 business days of payment being received.
• Delivery: usually 10–18 business days after dispatch.
• Charges: free on orders over $120; otherwise a flat $15.
• Customs: orders are shipped from India. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by US authorities are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll share your tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS or email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Festivals, weather, remote locations, customs checks or courier issues can sometimes cause delays. If your order seems stuck, message us and we'll chase it for you.

Address issues and failed deliveries

• Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We can update them only before dispatch.
• If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to re-ship it. Re-shipping charges may apply.
• Repeatedly refused Cash on Delivery orders may lose COD eligibility.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for replacements and refunds.
