Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love sleeping in muslin. If something isn't right, here's exactly how cancellations, returns and refunds work.

Cancelling an order

  • You can cancel any order for free before it ships. Call, WhatsApp or email us at support@wetrustmodafi.com with your order number.
  • If you've already paid, we refund the full amount within 5–7 business days of cancellation.
  • Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return it as described below.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and we'll cover the return shipping.

Change-of-mind returns

  • You can return unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene reasons, pillowcases and bedsheets that have been used or washed can't be returned unless they're defective.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. For India, we can arrange a pickup and deduct the pickup cost from your refund. For the USA, please ship the items back to our address using a tracked service.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

How to start a return

  1. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 88283 85185, or email support@wetrustmodafi.com, within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. Tell us what you'd like to return and why (add photos if something's wrong).
  3. We'll confirm the return and share pickup or shipping instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check the returned items, we process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method where possible (Google Pay/UPI, bank account, card or Zelle).
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you share with us.
  • Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the refund to show in your account.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.
